What would your perfect day in Athens be?
What started as a simple question turned out to be a four hour long argument – what sights would one see? Where would you have lunch, dinner, coffee and Ouzo. What about the beach, the surrounding country side? You see…that’s one of the problems with Athens – a day simply isn’t enough. You are actually spoiled for preference. But…finally we were all in agreement!
When one thinks of Athens, the first thing that comes to mind is probably the wealth of history. Ancient ruins and museums chock full of interesting artefacts. Then, of course, there are the beaches, with their white sands and tranquil seas. And finally, the wonderful food, drink and fantastic night life...go on reading.
